DIPETHE Ioannina is the main cultural institution of the Epirus region. Since 1983, it has collaborated with local and national artists in the fields of theater, music, and dance, supporting cultural production and community engagement.

Project Challenge
WOW was invited to renew and modernize the visual identity of DIPETHE, both in physical and digital spaces. The challenge was to design a new identity that reflects the organization’s contemporary philosophy: a theater open to its community, outward-looking, and appealing to younger generations.
WOW Approach
We redesigned the DIPETHE logo and website to reflect the organization’s renewed vision. Our focus was on easy navigation and meaningful communication, showcasing current productions and the institution’s valuable archive. A flexible visual system was developed as the core of the new brand identity.

WOW Factor
The design of the new logo draws its symbolism from the ancient theater of Dodona: the gate, the stage, and the cavea—the basic elements of the theatrical experience, portrayed with an abstract and minimalist approach in plan view.
